Our Electric City Bike features a low step through, making it the perfect ebike for ladies and mature riders. A fantastic entry-level model for those looking to purchase their first electric bike, this model is great for casual trips around the suburbs and town, and ideal for commuters. With a top speed of around 35kph, you’ll be able to travel around 60km with your Electric City Bike power assisted mode. That’s the equivalent of riding a round trip from the Re:Start Mall to Rangiora and back again in Christchurch, the Sky Tower to Papakura and back in Auckland, or from The Beehive to Porirua Harbour and back in Wellington.

We offer Electric products from trusted, world-leading manufacturers, so you can rest assured all products offered by Black Sheep have been tested and certified.
All goods purchased from Black Sheep Trading Ltd are covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects. They do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, or general wear and tear.

If you feel that any item purchased from Black Sheep Trading Ltd has developed a fault, please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring freight costs (unfortunately these can not be covered by Black Sheep Trading Ltd).
If your products need to be returned, you must provide proof of purchase, and we ask that returned products are clean. Returned products will be assessed by our Warranty Department, and replacement products will be dispatched once approved. We will contact you in cases that are not deemed to be valid for warranty.

Black Sheep Trading Ltd uses Strait NZ, NZ Post and Go Sweet Spot, to ensure the fastest possible delivery of your goods. We will ship E scooter, Electric Bikes and All related accessories to you as soon as possible. Generally, 1 -3 days delivery nationwide. South Island deliveries are overnight and North island can take a little longer.

- Electric bikes are to be collected from your local Strait NZ depot, this way we can keep costs down.
- Please let us know if you require certain shipping arrangements and we can organise for you
ASSEMBLY
Scooters come boxed and assembled, Bikes are sent boxed and part-assembled. Bikes require some minor assembly which includes fitting the front wheel, handle bars, rear rack and basket. Scooters and Bikes come with a small tool kit. Bikes also come with a free pump.
Scooters and Bikes need a full charge before the maiden voyage.

SECURITY
Your New Sonic E-Bike or E-Scooter will now come with unique serial numbers stamped into the frame.
We take a record of these numbers so that in the unlikely event of theft we can have much better chance of getting the product back to you. Its important to make a note of this number so that the police can identify the product that is missing.
